The Fine Print - Purchase Information & Disclaimers:

Images Disclaimer:

The mediums and dimensions are listed next to each work of art. Every effort has been made to maintain the integrity of the colors, contrast, and brightness of each work in the images used on this site, however, due to variations in an individual user’s monitor settings, calibrations, etc., the colors you see on your screen may not be exactly the same as the actual product or prints from that product.

Framing:

Images containing frames indicate that the frame is included in the purchase price for the original piece. These pieces will also come with hardware for hanging. Those that are not framed are works on wood where the painting extends over the edge of the birch board or wood, so no framing is necessary. These pieces are also often thick enough to stand upright on their own without mounting hardware, if desired.

Prints come unframed and where there is a frame in the images depicted in the galleries above, it is not used in the image to create the prints - i.e. all prints use images of the artwork only.

Mediums and Proportions:

• Originals are as described above - painted on canvas, wood, gessobord, etc., and when ordering an original piece, you will receive the exact pictured artwork, not a reproduction.
• Prints are available in most standard sizes (as noted in the buying options for each piece) and are printed on photopaper with glossy/lustre finish.
• Posters are printed on satin finish 270 gsm paper which is glossy.
• Boards are comprised of a thin semi-gloss film fused to a mounting board (poster board) with a small white border along the edges. These boards are rigid enough to stand on their own and do not require framing.

Proportions: For printed media, the proportions of the artwork images often do not exactly match the preset proportions for the media and the printer. This may result in some slight cropping and/or blank areas along edges which can be removed by the purchaser if desired.

Payment:

Paintings and prints will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. I accept all payments through PayPal using the appropriate buttons above and PayPal checkout process. Payment plans are possible for original works over $100, so please contact me by e-mail at jerusha@jerushasart.com to work out a payment plan. As with all art pieces on this site, pieces on a payment plan will only be shipped once full payment has been received and cleared by PayPal. If at any time during your payment plan term you decide to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded minus 10% of the full price.

Shipping:

Please allow 7 days for your shipment to be prepared after payment has cleared. Original art pieces will be carefully packed, insured, and I will select a carrier that will provide the best possible protection from damage in transit. Prices listed for purchase do not include shipping & insurance.

Shipping for original pieces to the continental United States will follow the rates below:

Retail value under $115: $19
Retail value $115-$1,000: $39
Retail value above $1,000: $69

Shipping for prints to the continental Unitied States will be free and these orders, likewise, will be packaged appropriately and sent the safest way possible.

For shipping outside of the continental United States, for either original pieces or prints, please e-mail me for a quote at jerusha@jerushasart.com, and put "Shipping" in the subject line for faster service. If a purchase through PayPal is attempted directly from this site with shipping to the non-continental United States without contacting me for shipping estimates first, a second payment transaction will be required for shipping/insurance costs. An invoice will be e-mailed to the customer and must be paid through PayPal, as usual, prior to shipment.

6% sales tax will be charged to the retail total for all Idaho residents.

Additionally, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped—please acknowledge receipt of this e-mail with a reply.

Returns and Damage:

Unfortunately, due to the substantial chance of original art being damaged in any return shipments from buyers (possibly from being packaged incorrectly or uninsured and damaged by the carrier), subsequently making them unusable by the artist, once payment has cleared and a shipping notification is sent via e-mail, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, should your piece arrive with any damage to it, please contact me immediately at jerusha@jerushasart.com, as each piece is fully insured and the carrier company will need to be notified and records of the damage provided to them as soon as possible to begin the claims process.

For prints, if there are any problems with your order when it arrives, please contact me at jerusha@jerushasart.com as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed. I will do my best to work with you for an amicable resolution.

Commissions:

I do not do commissions for paintings at this time, but may in the future and if so, that change will be posted here. My daughter, Jesse, may take a commission for a particular charcoal sketch on occasion, however, she reserves the right to refuse any commission.
